Suunto Race S – Countdown timer during flag football refereeing

Hi everyone,
I own a Suunto Race S and would like to use it while refereeing flag football or american football games.
My requirements are:
Record the full GPS track of the game.
Review distance, steps, calories and heart rate afterwards.
Use a 20-minute countdown timer during the activity.
Manually stop, pause and restart the timer when needed, without stopping GPS recording.
Ideally, restart the 20-minute countdown easily for the next period.Is there a SuuntoPlus app that can do this? I found the Stopwatch app, but it seems to provide lap timing rather than a countdown timer.
Would a developer be able to create such an app, or is there another workaround?
