Zone gauge has never moved the slightest. Heart rate data everywhere else seems correct; the diagram is correct in real time, the app and watch itself shows correct HR-zones after workout, etc. But the zone gauge never moves.

If I install HR Zone Tracker or Zone Sense it says “waiting for data” during ongoing exercise and those apps show no real time data as well.

      Solution?

Support in-person-person told me to send it in for repair. Thought I would check here first.

@GertIce do you have a chest strap paired? Otherwise ZoneSense will never work. This stuck gauge never happened to me.

@GertIce You don’t need additional Suunto + applications. After all Hr- zone tracker Just set the intensity zones, HR zones, and set the goal on the watch. Personally, I don’t trust the Suunto+ add-ons much, from my point of view, Suunto+ has all the applications that you can set up on the watch. ZoneSense works without being displayed on the watch display. Turn off Suunto+ accessories, try without them and it will work. Create your own sport and set the data you want to see.

Have never experienced this. ZoneSense requires a chest strap and an initial 10 minute warm up phase before it begins analyzing. If that’s what you are asking.
