my Vertical lost connection to Polar H10
Changed the battery on the H10
but still can’t find it.
did something change and Suunto to not accept polar any more?

@vinc14 My H10 and other BT HRM connect with no issues. Have you tried connecting it to anything else? Is it connected to something else? Strap is good?

That’s probably the bluetooth connection problem that plagued quite some watches for almost a year now.
Suunto support cannot or will not tell if suunto is working on a fix. Or they just couldn’t bother.
