Oximeter not showing

Hi guys, just got a new 9 Peak All Black last weekend and I can’t seem to find the oximeter. I’ve done some research online and the oximeter should be at the heart rate monitor section, but I only see the option for HR, no oximeter detection icon.

My watch is running on software version 2.15, I tried to look for software updates on the Suunto App on mobile and it shows “failed to check for updates”. I also tried looking for an update on my watch, under the general section and it says that there are no updates available. My region is Malaysia.

@mcmy70 2.15.x is very old, you need to update to 2.16.26. Can you try from a different wifi connection to look for updates?

@isazi Thanks, after giving it sometime I managed to update to the latest version. Oximeter function is now enabled.
