Hi everyone,
I am there also for a preorder of Ti Vertical .

One question i may not have see any answer : what about the charger : is it magnet little stronger than the S9PP one , or something which prevent it to rotate and stop the charge ? I must admit is not really efficient , i would’t rely on putting it into a bag and charge, but as charging is not often mandatory …

@Mitch9 think design should express what it is: high-precision tool Like it very much. Think for Suunto 9 peak the slim ring looks fantastic and for the vertical the new ring suits the character of the watch very much.

@Hristijan-Petreski Hope indeed that charging cable will have a bit stronger magnet because the one of S9PP was really weak ! Any feedback from the testers about that ?

@Mff73 I have a non Pro peak, and I think that the magnetic hold is a tad stronger on it then on the Vertical charger. And the Peak has a larger surface for charging then the Vertical.

@isazi can you use the non pro Peak charger for Vertical, as I have both watches?

Can anyone tell about vibration of the notifications, is it loud and rattling as 9PP?

I did ask this from local shop. They didn’t have answer yet but they will check it out and send me one if they have something similar in inventory.

I’ve always used protector glass on watch and phone. I hate scratches on screens

the charger is the same as the Pro. Peak chargers do not work with Pro and Vertical.

on the phone, yes. it’s gorilla glass (mineral glass). I use hardened glass on my phones, too.
the watch has sapphire glass which is really really hard to scratch.

@freeheeler I would like to have a S9PP, also silent without rattles in future. Then I would upgrade from S9P.

May i know how long is the charging time to reach 100%?

@freeheeler Anyway I get the glass I don’t know if sapphire is strong enough against winter tire studs. Broke one glass few years ago when lifting them. Also got really nice scratch to my titanium Peak.

Got message from shop that I was fast enough with my order so I get my Vertical next week. Others have to wait until June.

Really excited for this one and probably will order one soon. Does it have sport modes for e-biking? It’s missing from my Suunto 9 baro and I would like to keep track of my rides and separate them from normal bike rides.

no by default. You can user motor sports or use the tag function in SA to separate those rides.
