      Hi,
      I received my Vertical yesterday and have been unable to connect it to my wifi or hotspot.

      With my wifi, it detects the network, asks for credentials but then tells me that the password is wrong. (I’ve done this operation over a dozen times, copy-pasting the password and inputing it manually; it is not wrong.)

      With my hotspot, it just doesn’t detect it (it never shows in the list of networks).

      Thoughts?

        @Arnaud If you have comma or dash , or - or other characters the WiFi will not connect. Known but don’t know when or if it will be changed.

          Thanks for the reply, @Brad_Olwin. Unfortunately, that’s not the issue. Also, that doesn’t explain the lack of hotspot.

            @Arnaud
            Check also if your password contains the special characters Brad talked about.
            Also, WiFi or hotspot can only by 2.4Mhz ones

              Thanks, @Mff73
              My hotspot is set to 2.4MHz and the password doesn’t contain any special characters, so that’s not the issue either. Also, I’ve turned off my VPN, in case that makes a difference

                @Arnaud I had the same issue with Race yesterday. Closed the app and open again and it registered the network almost immediately. Hope it helps.

                  @Arnaud I can say that @Mff73 helped sort out issues I had with WiFi and (in my case) crashing while downloading maps seen here.

                  I now run the Hotspot off my phone in compatibility mode and is very stable either with my data or public WiFi.
                  Thanks again @Mff73 you got my Vertical maps loaded!
