New Suunto watch coming
-
When vertical was coming I had a lot of expectations (that are totally satisfied !). For this one I’m just very curious to see what is coming.
-
Seems quite soon after the Vertical ?!
Curious to see what’s in ! -
@v-sacre A pinch of OLED, sprinkled with a good battery and, to top it all off, an attractive price.
-
@Highlands ah the legendary Ambit. Why won’t Suunto just refresh the ambit and call it a day.
-
@Łukasz-Szmigiel Couldn’t agree more
-
…and it will have NFC so ‘SUUNTO pay’ or something like that is on the way.
-
Kind of a new version of Suunto 7 ?
A more sexy watch for more urban people ? -
@v-sacre the name ‘race’ does not make me think lt is an android watch. Also, from internal photos I could not spot any real micro-processing unit. Only memory is there.
My guess? This will be the real new suunto flagship model with Music on-board, payments and perhaps, OLED display. -
@fluca please no flagship, I have Vertical already
-
@Likarnik sorry dude! I am on S9PP and will stay there for a while. If everything is going as expected this new watch will be out by December/January before for the Chinese New Year.
Your vertical will be obsolete (but fully supported) in June/October 2024 when the Vertical PRO (or Vertical 2) will be out as well. Of course, this is just my speculation.
The old SUUNTO we used to love does not exist anymore. To survive they have to do like others do, now they have resources to do so. -

maps ?
-
It probably is, all new watches of Suunto seems with some bases of Vertical
-
@omunoz
thanks.
ALL new watches ? -
@Likarnik don’t worry
-
@Mff73 Given the trend, I can’t see them releasing a new watch without the maps
-
@Egika Dommage pour le lien

This post is deleted! -
@GiPFELKiND As always, suunto will delete the link as on facebook and other social networks

It is a source available to the public from an official body, so nothing illegal here.
I just deleted it myself to not spoil the exitement too much
Who wanted to see it had like 2 days or can go searching herself now.
