@wcreasyl Feels like they are going to delay these watches. Nothing like killing the excitement of a great launch with poor execution on the delivery. Suunto should really focus on the customer experience a little more. Using their chat support is comical (being kind).

@craigeggleton mine seems to be moving along quickly. Ordered Tuesday late afternoon and it shipped Wednesday, and will be here Monday. (I am in Western NC USA)

DHL tracking initially was indicating Monday as the delivery date, but they surprised me by delivering it today (Friday)

@herlas Must be nice bro. My Wing shipped right after I ordered it. It is now circulating throughout the US with the comment - Estimated delivery date unknown. It has been to three different DHL Sorting Facilities. And still no update on the titanium. I’m guessing I will get my products in November after my event…c’est la vie

@wcreasyl my first experience with DHL was awesome. Last Suunto product I ordered literally went to FL, then OH, back to GA, and then finally to Nashville. Comical.

Well, I thought my Suunto Race was arriving on Monday. But it turns out the DHL shipment notification was for the watch band I also ordered. And that came early on Friday.
I ordered the Suunto Race Titanium on the 17th but do not have a shipment notification. Just an order confirmation. I confused the shipment notification of the watch band. So I messaged Suunto on Facebook to see what’s up.
