Just a note that I did have a chat with support and one time they asked for my email, so perhaps try again to get someone who takes down your details.

I mean it’s a nice a gesture but at this point I just want the watch! Maybe I’ll take the store credit and get a new watch bands or heart rate monitor…

An Update for you guys.
The eBay jewelry (it’s a real physical shop) where I ordered the Titanium Race has cancelled my order.
He just received a new stock of watches but only the steel version.
He said Suunto promised to deliver him the Titanium stock next week, but he wasn’t certain about that.
So it’s at least next week.
I’m sincere, if only Fenix wasn’t the ugliest watch on the market I’d have bought one days ago.

Seems that titanium version is available for purchase, at least on french suunto’s website…

@Tieutieu It looks like the Ti is also available on the US site again. It does say due to high demand there is a limit of 1 per order.

Hopefully that means something was resolved. I’m still waiting to hear back about the order I placed right when it released.

@wcreasyl The fact that the watch is now available to order again and it is available on US Amazon site makes me even more furious that this joke of a company still has not shipped mine. Their chat function on their support site is an absolute joke. Amateur hour over therre.

It’s really sad so see what’s happening. It was a lot of hype around of this new watch, but I feel that Suunto it’s losing train after train. All this issues will keep a lot of people apart the brand.

@Lechamoix the field testers have no insights into Suunto operations.

I have ordered an all black race on th 17th and delivery is scheduled for tomorrow. Now the titanium version is available to be ordered as of today.
