I don’t use auto pause, and usually manually pause and resume activities, however, I so very often forget to resume my activity and miss a bit or a lot in some cases, which makes me quite sad, I would like an option to have a resume reminder, similar to autopause, however rather than unpausing, it would just vibrate or have some other indicator that the device thinks I may have started my activity again if it was manually paused.
