about HRV

Hi,

I have been using an app to measure HRV for a very long time, but now that it has landed on S9PP I would like to start using it, however I am not interested in sleep metrics. Question: is sleep mandatory (in addition to HR 24/7) to collect HRV data?

@robis The manual states:
“To be able to get an effective average HRV, you need to track your sleep at least three times a week over a longer period to establish your HRV range.”
