@s1ngletracker Same happened to me here with Spanish, so it is not the special characters. I had no time to isolate, but it happened sometimes when creating a route with WP. I wondered if it were the number of WPs, but I finally managed to have it saved for some reasons after some trial-error. Not very helpful, but just for adding my similar experience. I am in the latest iOS beta, by the way.

@christophe-leborgne it seems that you are going around a circle here! Please find a different iPhone and set it up there. If it doesn’t freeze then it’s you phone. You have been given quite few options to try and you haven’t mentioned if you have attempted any at all. To be fair this issue with Suunto app freezing is unheard of. I have m never seen the app misbehave which leads me to believe that you phone is most likely the culprit. Again, your best bet is to try with another iPhone.

@krsiakmartin Very probably Strava export it with a different type that matches AH values If nothing has changed, these are the mapping to Suunto activity types A type (running) and a subtype (trail) are set … maybe AH doesn’t map sport with both values, or they do not recognize “trail” Anyway I would contact Apple support

@Jonathan-C totally agree with the kmh for wind speed. Maybe it is me coming from the UK but I have never heard of windspeed in any other format except k or miles per hour. Sure it is used somewhere in Suunto m/s

I guess those bullets are probably a bit too long for a Manual Note/disclaimer but I appreciate the detail and it’s good to know they’re here in the repository of (extra) knowledge in case this ever bothers anyone else.

@Max0611 whenever this happens, there is some different account in use. Even if you are 100% sure right now that you are logging in with the same credentials, please triple check. maybe you logged in using your Apple ID, or Google account etc. There has never been a case where data was lost on the backend. Only users accidentally logging in with a different account…

iOS public 2.40.2 is out and seems to have fixed the issue. (But not available In beta for now…)

@Egika that would be awesome. I’m always for different watch customizations in and out of workout, as those are usually different use cases.

I already made a list in here: https://forum.suunto.com/post/167941 However, what makes my eye sore everytime I see it is the sync status. “Just now” can be translated two ways with different meanings. Android uses the correct “Gerade eben”, but iOS uses the wrongly places “jetzt sofort”. Next: the sleep summary of Today screen: “You’ve earned a head start for your day!” should rather be “Das hat dir einen Startvorteil für den Tag verschafft!” instead of “Du hast dir einen Startvorteil für deinen Tag verdient!”. Maybe, a word about the translation of “you” in general. There is a more personal “you” and a formal “Sie” that both translates to “you” in English. It should be “du” throughout the App and the watch. I’ve seen a mixup of those at least on the Watch the other day: The warning to charge your watch for upcoming workouts is both “du” and “sie”.

Yep, still there (didn’t expect to be fixed yet, as this is fairly minor bug).
