Just got information that a new release shall be there within 2 weeks, from the Suunto Assistance. No information on what it shall resolve.

I was already crying at the prices on the second-hand market. I already have a chest strap and I use it for longer sessions. However, I don’t feel like putting on the chest strap for a 30-minute session. Above all, OHR works very well for me with other manufacturers. It’s very frustrating with such an expensive watch.

@pavel-samokha F6x Pro comes in 3 glass variants - gorilla DX, sapphire, or garmins power glass (combo of gorilla and solar); there may have been different country/later variants with power sapphire (sapphire and solar combo). They all have varying degrees of visibility but generally in sunlight there isn’t an issue with any of them.

@ThatNorwegianGuy I tried the maps again today and noticed again the same problem. The watch counts more distance to go to the next turning point, in reality you are coming nearer and nearer to the turning point… Confusing I must say… Hoped this was solved.

@Tami999 My wrist measures 18.5 cm. If I use too much, the watch moves less, but I have a circular trace and general discomfort (and the horn always rubs), I don’t see myself classifying this part! This is a new watch and will void the warranty. I also tried a nylon strap, but that doesn’t change anything since the problem is with the holster. The horns are too low and bite into the skin and bone of the wrist. I have never encountered a problem with Apple and Garmin. This is a real shame because I love the look of the vertival and the features suit me perfectly (apart from the OHR but with a belt, this is corrected)

@surfboomerang So yes, I needed to set location accuray to on. I’m sure I didn’t change anything, so maybe one of the updates (either google or Suunto) changed the way this was needed. Either way, yes, weather now syncing. Thanks!

Honestly, I dont like default watchface of Vertical (they changed two updates ago, that theme color changes only color of lower part of screen color, two upper compilation ALWAYS stays white now), and also Solar widget is different compared to what we had, (now smaller with, “label” about charging state) I was get used to it but still missing old style. Iam just a Guy that dont like changes, especially with design for things that get used to.[image: 1734654754661-1725445685627-img20240904121633.jpg] But update upgrades technical things to Our watches whatt is more important! I LOOOOVE automatically calibration of compass. Since update I calibrated it once, and everytime it shows right diretion. Also seems like elevation works much better now. Like since update it changed only 1 meter of altitude in my home. Before update I could set automatically altitude, go outside, (repeat whole week) and altitude could be +/- 20 meters different. Needed to calibrate it with every training. Now? So far? No need! Good work! This tool getting more precise.

@Squirrel Not sure about the track record - I had a warranty repair 2 months ago (in Prague/CZ) - they fixed my SV Ti Solar within 2 days. Now I am claiming another issue and as of last week there were 50+ watches in the queue…

@pavel.samokha thanks for the info. I will have a closer look at this. Just one question: for uploading to the Vector I still need the App on the iPhone? Or can it be loaded directly to the watch from the web application (PC)?
