I had the same issue with ± button not working. Being on track with GPS being running. A restart of the watch solved it for me.

@GiPFELKiND Thanks for the instructions. It helped me get the heart rate measurement working again on the 9PP. And I don’t miss any of the latest updates

@sartoric ok, i have downloaded the FIT file and converted it in Excel file. If i take altitude point every 30s and keep only positive ascent i find a cumulative ascent of 3549m instead of 4100m in suunto app. 3549m seems closer to the right ascent. Can someone of suunto support (@isazi ? @Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos ?) look at this issue ? It seems more a Suunto App issue Update : same with every 15s, i find a total ascent of 3692m algorithms from Runalyze give 3538m

@dreamer_ The truth is that even in swimming it is an essential thing even though in real time there is the suuntoplus screen

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos I would love to know your opinion on the matter - The problem still exists even after the update last week - I tested today under direct sunlight with the watch off the wrist

@Patrick-Löffler-0 me too. I like the classic way of fastening. For some reason the bands on the Vertical are the ‘worst’ for me. The Race is better but the Ocean is the best

@dreamer_ Neither the Vertical nor the 9PP count steps if the watches are worn in a trouser pocket next to the pedometer. A direct comparison is therefore not possible.

@dreamer_ Yea, it’s not crucial but still useful. Tonight I got 4 hours instead of 8 hours. But to be fair this night was hard since I had to go up in the middle of the night to help my kid, and after 20 min go back to sleep

I’m returning this strap. The quality is ok but there are many similar straps and a lot cheaper. They did not the same job as with the black one, which feels totally different

@klodovic I had this with the iPhone. Go to BT disable completely the BT and restart the phone. If this does not help go to connectivity in the watch and remove the paired mobile app. Re-pair again.

@Mastergumble sleep & HRV are exported to Runanalzye, so it seems you need to ask the site to take in Suunto’s data, not prod Suunto I guess? It’s definitely possible.
