@tmuzar I often switch between watches for testing. If I don’t sync from one of the watches I am using that day for activity tracking I will lose it. I am on iOS and have noticed that I often have to open the app to make sure a sync happens for activity. This may be due to how iOS handles apps in the background, not sure.
Can I transfer my activities to the new watch?
Or does it start from zero with a new watch?
Your training, TSS, CTL, TSB will transfer to the new watch as these are stored in the cloud. The training log, VO2Max, HRV, steps, calories will not transfer as these are watch-specific
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos Yup, this is what I referenced on the bottom of my first post as a ‘PS’ and why I called you out 🙂 Either way, I’ll try to use my right hand more often for wearing the watch, even if I don’t understand why this would work better than wearing it on the left hand.
@joelai Honestly I think Vertical is first Suunto watch that “can compare with competition”. I own since 2023 and its really good, and keeps better with every update.
@pavel-samokha or in the case the touch is disabled on map or screen locked.
Btw: if I remember well, in Race there is no custom battery profile. Which means user cannot configure touch for map and navigation as well.
Is there any plan for customer battery profile on Race as well? 🙂
Correct.
It shows a 3-and-3 hr window, but the old documentation states that the arrow up or down indicate a >2hPa change. Otherwise it should show a horizontal line/arrow.
I don’t see such a big change in the graph, but the indicator tells me pressure has dropped and increased more than 2hpa
Good to hear it is working well and I suspected it had to be a water droplet with your great description of what you were seeing. (thank you for that!)
