@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos This is an unrelated battery drain issue. I’ve posted about this several times, most recently earlier this week - https://forum.suunto.com/post/156116 The drain happens with the watch off the wrist, sitting undisturbed. Mine went from 93-3% in four days.

@RuunIx said in Structured workouts and intervals screen: Hello, I have had my Suunto Vertical watch for a little while now, and one aspect I find a bit challenging is configuring the displays. My problem is as follows: let’s say I have a 20-minute warm-up session in fundamental endurance, followed by 15 repetitions of 400 meters, and then a 15-minute cool-down jog. When I create a structured training session, I can’t find a display option that shows I am on repetition 5 of 15 during the 400-meter part. Am I doing something wrong? Is it possible to set this up on Suunto watches? Thank you in advance, In that case I’m using the native intervals in the watch: https://www.suunto.com/es-es/Asistencia/Asistencia-de-productos/suunto_vertical/suunto_vertical/grabar-un-ejercicio/entrenamiento-por-intervalos/ https://www.suunto.com/es-es/Asistencia/faq-articles/suunto-9/como-entrenar-con-intervalos-utilizando-tu-reloj-suunto/ I use a specific sport mode with Intervals configured (and dedicated screen) and I start the intervals when I want, in your case after 20min warm-up. After that I’m watching the Intervals screen in wich I can see all the interval data, also the repetition number. After finishing the intervals I continue the activity for cool-down.

@LitchiMonster Thanks for your reply! I didn’t know there was a limit. But you’re right! I have deactivated a few more for the watch and now see my POI!! Thank you!! But 15 is already very little… still hope for an improvement

@inkognito Thank you That was it! But I don’t normally use the control panel and the backlight is not in the settings, so I didn’t come up with the idea to check it in the control panel. BR

@giuliosq said in treadmill runs totally out of calculation: @Tami999 just tried it today twice, after a treadmill 1k run my watch was at 1.5 k so adjusted it to 1k and tried it again but the second time it was out of 200 meters ill try again tomorrow and see if step by step it kind of sets accordingly to my arm movement… I did calibrate only once, I hope more will help. Let me know!:)

@isazi ALMOST CONFIRM. My all data from the Suunto account is downloaded to the Intervals except BIKE trening. Why? I have used my Vertical to track my training. What could have gone wrong? I created a custom workout based on Road Cycling.

@maszop so can a shortcut be added to the right side of the watch’s home screen? (we can add widgets to the left side)

@Shrek3k said in Does the Suunto Vertical need a Cardio strap?: @Tami999 I am with @Brad_Olwin … OHR works excellent for me with all activities for the last years, be it running, hiking, cycling, Nordic walking, swimming, etc. But that does not seem to be the case for everyone. And although it works perfectly for me: I like ZoneSense, and that means using a belt. Recommendation: try it - and never underestimate how important the right position of the watch and tightness of the watch-strap is. [image: 1754732357099-1000000384.jpg] That’s photo I found from march from very light jogging on theeadmill when I started adventure with running and prepare it for more intense. Anyway I think also software put his 5 cents because I think at the beginning 2 years ago my Vertical that I used worked very good during activities like cycling and noticed these drops after some time (could be after update). I also remember I could take off watch without pause activity, see it’s losing contact with my skin, put it on hand again see 40 HR back than after 5 mins of running - Boom! back to 140+ without doing anything . I always got watch on the same spot above wrist bone, with same tight. I tested different straps, spot on hand or just loose/tight strap Now I running with belt and it keeping 170-180 almost all the time without any drops.
