Yes, it happened on one route I created in the app, and one that I recorded and saved as a route. the climb page that shows climb profile of the route and vertical left in the route works fine. When I scroll to the climb training app it is blank. This only matters to me because I like to know grade of climb.

@timecode Yes, that is what happened automatically at the tail end of the factory reset. I understand, the scrolling complications were ditched for the static. When you have only touched them a few minutes before they disappeared (after the update) hard to “miss” but I did not know if it had something to do with a setting I could not locate. Thanks for clarifying.

@far-blue Boom! It was under Training setting, thank you for pointing me in the right direction! That was under 10 minutes from my initial question, great community! Out for a run now able to control my podcasts from my wrist.

@Stefano-M64 and actually every current smartphone has this option I think.

@Egika hey, I didn’t try. The sensor is correctly calibrated to the wheel size. If it was a calibration issue, the speed would be consistently wrong, not inconsistently wrong, eg if I was going 25km/h, and the size was set too big, it would show 30km/h, instead of 25 25 25 7 5 3 7 12 25 25 25. Edit: it makes me think of the power meter issue reported on the main firmware update thread, with dropouts: if the Bluetooth connection to the sensor dropped, and the watch wasn’t receiving the correct revolution data form it, the speed would be incorrect.

@gone-troppo this happened to me, linked below. I sent my watch in under warranty and they replaced it with a new unit, which works fine now. Sadly, the one that broke was made in Finland and the replacement was made in China. @Egika I had the Suunto Climbing App enabled. Thank you. I have disabled that app and will repost if that was not in fact the culprit!

@GiPFELKiND I am on iOS and it works fine, The watch must not be syncing and have a green check to create custom sport mode. When you open the app it may immediately start syncing so be patient.
