@Tieutieu I got someone to talk quite fast but all I got as a response: we escalated your ticked and wait for feedback from the responsible team. What have they escalated and why I do not know. I told them that the replacement cannot turn on anymore, and resetting with the multifunctional button does not work. So here I am now waiting 5 days to be contacted by mail… What will this mail say except: return the headphones is beyond me

@matthinsh I get stopped to help people get out of forest. I wear gloves because it was freezing. Rather than taking them off completely I prefer to feel off button.

@jthomi Agree with you, wore mine yesterday with Sunglasses and I did not know the Wing was there…except I could hear a podcast.

I can’t download audio onto my Aqua headphones. The connection drops out when I attach the headphones to my phone via the usb cable.

I had Suunto Wing and as soon as Suunto Aqua came, I sold my Wing and got the Aquas. I know you only asked between Sonic and wing, but I’d recommend Suunto Aqua if you swim no brainer, even if you don’t swim my opinion is Aquas are the best of the three, offline music, water proof, + some other features like neck fatigue measurement, neck mobility measurement and jump test assessment.

Quick question. I am very disappointed in how my Race S counts and times laps. Is there an audio lap counter with these headphones. If so does it work?

@Carlos-Villamar Yes, I am using the Aqua headphones. This is why I am answering to a thread of the name “Aqua not seeing music folder”… No, I am on iOS phone. The be clear: the phone is used to configure the playlists. Trasferring mp3 files to the headphones is done with a PC. I have no “facdata” folder. I just have “music”, which is where I place my mp3 files.

@zedjay23 same here, music folder shows up on computer but not device or app.

I have same problem, AQUA music folder loaded with music NOT found on ANDROID app, but found on AQUA as USB storage device. If it is working for you, are you on ANDROID or APPLE device?

@treizeXiii some kind of automatic deactivation would be nice, but please not because of missing music, as I quite often simply wear it while cycling without any music (or podcasts) active … so no movement, or a combination of factors sounds good for me, too
