Pffff despite I placed my order on Suunto Website a 10:10 last tuesday, I guess I am part of the « simple mortals » who will have to wait for next tuesday’s expeditions….

I have a question for those using vertical already : I have read that music control widget can’t be unselected for now ? It is perhaps the only feature I don’t use at all and find totally not usefull…

@sartoric F7SS is 659.99 GBP and 899.99 EUR, so the other way around. Unless you make use of the father‘s day offer in Germany, which is 729.99 EUR - and also gets you F7XSS for 799.99 EUR. Now I know more about Fenix prices than I ever wanted . But as said, I don‘t think the quoted comment makes sense - only point is that one should try to buy the Vertical in EUR and avoid GBP if one can…

I want to congratulate suunto engineers. This watch at least on paper looks like Suunto took “second breath” and is ahead or at least at same level as best competitors.

I just hope that issues like i experience on S5P with battery charging don’t occure on this expensive watch. And realy wish for toggle backlight to get back.

But overal this watch looks great. I am truly happy for suunto. Hope it will sell well.

Btw. What kind of screen it is? Is it some reflective technology like current S5/S9 just with better/more colors or is it some active backlight screen like lcd/oled?
