        1. Currently you can zoom out the maps only to 500m. Is it planned that it will be more in the future? Likely to get an overview where Iโ€™m if Iโ€™m lost in the wild.

        Iโ€™ve seen the 500m number mentioned a lot. Iโ€™m in the U.S. and use imperial units, and my max zoom out reads 0.5 miles, which is just over 800m.

        Can someone answer: Is there, in fact, a different (higher) level that it zooms out to when using imperial, or is there some rounding in those listed numbers?

          I see 0.5 mi being maximum. Iโ€™d say for where I live, given amount of details, thatโ€™s about right. Anything more would hardly be practical on 1.4" screen.

              In fact, no.
              You can use the watch as it is, but you cannot pair it with SA without an account and SA is basically the way to use advanced features and configuration.

                          GNSS accuracy is really incredible for such a small device. Iโ€™m deeply impressed as geodesist.

                            @Mitch9 I am deeply impressed also. I use to work also with professional gnss devices for my work.

                            My yesterdayโ€™s run was really fun because the track show clearly a small swerve I made to avoid a swarm of bees ๐Ÿ™‚

                              @v-sacre If it was me (alergic to bees) it would also show spike in the HR ๐Ÿ˜„ Maybe increased pace too (sprinting?)

                                @Hristijan-Petreski

                                We can actually see a HR bump at this location ๐Ÿ˜Š
                                See the red circle on my dual capture here under between OHR with Suunto Vertical and H10 Polar band.

                                Despite a big spike at the beginning of the run, the rest of the OHR is quite good in comparison with H10 polar band. Did 2*2min intervals to test how OHR would react.

                                  @v-sacre Yes ๐Ÿ™‚ I too get decent OHR when running and exercising. Where it really struggles is while biking (too low) even though itโ€™s not too loose or tight. But you cannot get it all can you ๐Ÿ™‚

                                    @Hristijan-Petreski It is the first time for me that Suunto device give me coherent results with OHR. With all previous devices, the OHR always showed bias around the cadence values. Typically the first bump we see on my dual capture here above, but this time it get back on track directly.

                                      @v-sacre So far SV fares better than S9PP in the OHR department for me, which is kind of surprising given conventional wisdom seems to imply larger devices produce worse OHR due to more bounce on your wrist because of the weight and height.

                                      No cadence locks thus far, no sudden spikes. Will see how things look come fall when the temperatures start to drop.

                                        @Hristijan-Petreski Me too. My S9B always locked to the cadence during the first ~15mins. It was weird going 170-180 in 1 min ๐Ÿ˜„ even on easy runs. But I never since used OHR, except for hiking and some core/yoga stuff. Even then s9b was too low and now SV is quite good actually.
