Hi, I would like to know if there is any news regarding a firmware update for the 9pp. Since version 2.37.48 last October, several bugs have been introduced that have certainly not been resolved with the downgrade to version 2.39.34. So it’s been more than 5 months that the watch has not worked properly…
thanks in advance

@t-Dox considering that the latest fix didn’t fix - I suppose we have to wait for a little longer…
-
@Łukasz-Szmigiel hi Łukasz Szmigiel, unfortunately I have the same feeling… but I find it absurd to have to wait more than 5/6 months to have a fix… from some comments I’ve read, I’m not the only one whose watch battery now lasts less than 5 days, and compared to the 21 days declared we are very far from an acceptable situation
-
@t-Dox I am in the same boat - my S9PP lasts max. 5 days now. I am sometimes loosing 20% overnight. Going on a trip now, so I need the watch, but I am sending it to Suunto once I am back home. The funny thing is that it has a quite new battery - it was already changed a few months ago.

Does anyone have the same problem as me? https://forum.suunto.com/post/161692

Hi timecode, I’m sorry that you are experiencing the same problems as me… honestly I don’t think it’s a battery problem (or at least I hope so), but rather I think it depends on the software… I hope that the development team will soon be put in the best conditions to be able to solve the problems

Have you already tried a downgrade? I think it’s like many and also with me because of the software and suunto won’t be able to do anything here.

@Kaiphi downgrade wouldn’t help I believe. This is not happening after the last update, it was already an issue an update before that. Honestly I don’t even remember when it started

Okay I understand this is Annoying. Who knows, maybe a miracle will happen

Are you sure, the app is saying something else
?

Does anyone know if Suunto is working on improving the software so that Race S doesn’t lose distance when switching to breaststroke or backstroke?
Many thanks. -
Another 2 nights the sleep tracking has failed again.
The HR still works and records data all night, but no sleep tracking data when I wake up.
Of course, I restarted the watch after the first failure and it correctly recognized my naps from yesterday. Unfortunately it has failed again tonight and in the morning I have no sleep tracking data at all.
This is getting very annoying.

For me it worked for 10 consecutive days but failed me yesterday night.
