Suunto Run + New Strap
-
@cosme.costa I may get the coral too when available, let’s see. Damn I have too many straps
-
@isazi Me too I will get two, my son has a S5Peak that is also compatible with the 22 mm straps and we will share them. I will get two, my son has a S5Peak that is also compatible with the 22 mm straps and we will share them.

 @cosme.costa
Except in Finland it’s probably 49€
-
@JANTIKAINEN yeah straps are also expensive here in Poland too
-
@Łukasz-Szmigiel @JANTIKAINEN how can you tell something about the prizes? I can’t find the new strap on the German website
-
@JANTIKAINEN The silicone ones are also expensive in Spain (49€) but this ones seems that are going to be cheaper as per the review that I’ve read (in Spanish). I expect them also to be cheaper taking into account that nylon straps are quite cheap in Coros and around leaked price in Garmin.
-
@SuperFlo75 I mean Suunto straps in general, not the new ones in particular.
-
@isazi I guess you have seen ZS being available in SA for activities recorded with Run? read in the spanish telegram group that this is not the case because Run doesn’t write R-R data, I’m confused now now
-
@herlas said in Suunto Run + New Strap: for activities recorded with SR SR has already been used for the Race, maybe better SRU or RU to avoid confusion

@enriqueescoms Climb guidance no but you get a nice elevation profile of the entire route when you have a route loaded.
-
@herlas I’ll test it later today
-
@cosme.costa from time to time there are some original silicone ones on Vinted for 20 bucks or so. These are the most comfortable straps I’ve used so far.
-
@herlas I will test today too so you hopefully will have double confirmation of the result.
-
@herlas tested, didn’t work, need to inspect the content of the file but the app doesn’t pick it up
-
@isazi thanks, let’s see what @Brad_Olwin reports but looks like ZS is indeed not available at this time for Suunto Run for either real-time or after the fact. Crossing fingers at least post workout comes it in the future
-
@herlas This would be really weird as ZS works on my old Ambit3 Vertical (post activity of course). I cannot imagine the RUN Hardware has less capabilities
-
@VoiGAS it is not a hardware issue, it seems (I am checking the files) that Run simply does not write the R-R time series to the activity file. Edit: yes, the time series is not in the file.
-
Would it not make sense to have a seprate forum section created for Run and put its threads there? Or is it not the right time yet?
