Well done SUUNTO IT !!!! - now you can store as POI the X you can set directly on the map

In the Release is 2.43.12 of June 16 2025, so just recently, SUUNTO IT added a feature that they did not commented in their release note but still which is a GIANT one.

Now you have the capacity if you want, directly from the MAP, to store a Point of Interrest that you can position with yoru finger.
I explain

You go to the map
then from here with your finger you move the map …
you will see a X with a doted line that connect it to the point where you are currently and which gives you the distance in between.

In the lates 2.43.12 release you can now decide to store this X as a POI which is a wonderful thing because that mean your SUUNTO watch can then navigate you to this point !!!

I was suggesting this idea in november 2024 (see attached PDF)… we are June 2025 you did it
Some may find this long time to wait … I may agree … but better to see it in the rigth manner

Good that you are happy, but actually this feature has been there for quite some time now.
Also the ruler function in the map.
