So have sunnto stopped regular updates? We probably won’t see a fix for the battery but now no more updates?

I don’t think there will be fixes for the big problems I encounter and I think it’s a serious possibility that there will be no update for the race s at all.

Given that the bluetooth problem exists for over 10 months and for over 6 months Suunto support promises me to keep me up to date and I haven’t heard a thing, I can only conclude there is no development there at all. Even if I ask about the bluetooth fix for the run 2 that is recently released, Suunto support says there is no information that that fix will come to the race s.

Suunto support said about the battery problems that they have no knowledge about battery problems nor the indication that people experience battery problems. So no development there.

And recently I discovered that the overview of connected services in the Suunto app isn’t complete. I know for sure the app of my insurance company is connected, but it’s not on the list. Also, If I try to disconnect something like RunGab, that’s not possible, although Suunto support said clicking the disconnect button from the overview should disconnect. My simple question if they are sure it should work that way is still in limbo for almost 2 weeks now. (I understand they might need some more time to find out why not all connected services are in the list). Again Suunto support promised to keep me up to date and again I don’t hear a thing.

All in all, I don’t think there is much going on in fixing bugs.

Luckily for me, I found out that regularly rebooting my watch (as in after every time I charged, so at least once a week) help me mitigate the bluetooth problem and battery problem.
