      Service Status

      OPERATIONAL

      Hi all,

      First of my personal apologies I could not share this message or give any status updates. Since about 8 hours now I have been kinda offline for important personal reasons.
      Although to be clear: I was contacted and knew the situation and have been asked to update all the Suunto communities.

      This delay of this message and the status updates is my fault

      Suunto Service Status:

      Since late last evening there where some issues with the Suunto services.
      We have worked during the night and this morning to restore the service availability. At the moment the service is back online, meaning that your past activities should be syncing to partners (if you have not disconnected the service!) and operation should be back to normal.

      In case you have some activity not synced to partners:

      • Go to the activity details in your Suunto app
      • There is an option to download the FIT file
      • Once that file is downloaded you can upload it to the service of your preference.

          @MaxiPalle On iOS -> Top right corner the 3 dots if I recall well.
          On Android -> The same

                        There are other Suunto people that post on these forums aren’t there? Why didn’t they nut up and inform us that they were having a problem? Probably because they aren’t willing to admit they have a problem until they have fixed it. “Sure we had an issue. But it’s fixed now so you can’t be upset with us not acknowledging it.”

                          @Brent-Rodriguez there are no other people from Suunto posting here than me and @Jouko-from-Suunto that is currently on vacation.

                          I dont understand though your sentiment.

                          Due to this not being posted so many people were frustrated

                          Probably because they aren’t willing to admit they have a problem until they have fixed it.

                          We did send in app messages about this. No reason not to communicate something.

                          FB group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/SuuntoAmbit/ -> Lots of fustration and I asked people like @Saketo-Nemo to post there as I couldn’t and also @johan6504 can confrim if you like that last night I ACK the issue on our chat but I went offline.

                                    @lohtse one probably needs to own one of Suuntos chosen watches (Spartan/S#) to get such notifications. Us Ambit/Traverse plebs aren’t worth the data costs to notify.

                                      Oh heck hadn’t thought of that Brent!!! lol as to Facebook dimitrios not everyone use’s and I certainly dont have or intend to have a FACEARSE account!!!

                                            Ok, you don’t have facebook, it’s not an official way. Ok, you haven’t received the message in SuuntoApp, but this forum consults it, right?
