Nice list, @Brad_Olwin! I think a 4-stage process would serve us well here: Fix the POI names on the watch (I have a ticket about that: I think they said ‘thanks for the great idea!’). Add functionality to the app so we can open a GPX route made by other software in it, and then send it to the watch. If the app already uses GPX, then I don’t imagine this would be that hard to code. This would let us create a GPX with existing software that supports offline maps - say, Galileo - and send it into the Suunto sandbox. Upgrade the navigation functionality so that whilst recording an activity new POIs/routes can be used (or is this already a thing…?) Fancy stuff from your list not covered. I’m re-ordering it based on what I think can be done fastest with least effort, while delivering the most use to us.

@draftvader Yes, that would be great, I personally gonna miss a website if they decide to cancel the Movescount support totally. Sports-tracker is no replacement!

Glad to hear it is at least already an item on the roadmap. Hopefully the fact that a hidden API might be around means it won’t be a heavy lift to get out the door.

@Mff73 thanks I’m software development manager, so ideas are my work (sometimes good, sometimes bad, and sometimes very crazy). 10 years working in UI/UX of SCADAS monitoring, reports, configuration…

I made a small list from data fields I would like to use on the watch during an activity. Can someone from Suunto confirm if they are on the backlog? Course Heading (GPS/Compass) Bearing VMG Off Course (distance to get back on course) Air pressure graph (for baro models)

I don’t see that option. Scrolling down i see: Targets Navigation Backlight Sensors Theme Autolap Autopause GLONASS Power Saving Feeling Under “Power Saving” i have: GPS accuracy Low color Display Timeout That’s it. No touch screen. I have Suunto Spartan Ultra with the latest firmware.

@tume123123 I should add that Movescount already have a tool where you can select arbitrary metrics on X and Y axis.

Hello, I think that the Suunto app should be flexible enough so I’m not required to manually edit activities multiple times each week. This tend to be very frustrating after a while too. Strava works just fine without outdoor running. Movescount has this functionality and it have worked great for years.

@estevez yes, great request and option. I truly believe that there is quite a number of users who are simply interested to do - and absolutely enjoy - their thing - and only sometimes - and manually - want to share something… manually and very “selectively”. … and probably these persons are not the typical Strava-users

If you want to group the votes on one request and make it more visible, I think what you’re suggesting is very similar to this feature request (with 50 votes already): https://forum.suunto.com/topic/591/list-of-personnal-records/2

@João-Rodrigues-Guerra said in Download .Gpx & calendar: I think the app needs a calendar showing the km you have done weekly/monthly/year Topic similar to that here: https://forum.suunto.com/topic/2152/ability-to-see-miles-week
