@pavel-samokha I’ve noticed the same issue with older activities not displaying animations properly. It seems like only workouts synced directly from the watch to SA are working. Would be great if there was a way to support imported or older activities as well! Regarding the speed discrepancy, that’s an interesting find. The difference between the max speed shown in SA and the white flag animation does make it seem like a conversion issue. If it’s pulling from different data points (peak vs. recorded max), maybe there’s a way to standardize how it’s displayed? Also, I’d really appreciate having an option to manually switch between metric and imperial. Since it’s based on locale right now, it can be a bit inconvenient for those of us using different systems across devices. Hopefully, this is something that can be addressed in a future update!

I am locking this topic, please use the topic https://forum.suunto.com/topic/2336/2-days-not-sinc-with-strava There seems to be problems for some users with syncing from Movescount or SuuntoApp to Strava. Right now we don’t know why.

@jaimechapman said in Resyncing activity from watch to app: Thanks. Will I lose the older activities which are currently stored on the app but don’t seem to still be on the watch if I do that? No you won’t lose anything, they are on the cloud.

100 mile with 5000ft is basically a flat ride. The difference could be given by the known method of calculating the height difference. The barometric watch calculates as difference in height 3m consecutive, the gps clock every 7m. Thus, if on a substantially flat lap, there are ups and downs within the 6 consecutive meters, these are not considered. On the contrary, in a continuous climb, we assume from 300m to 800m, the positive height difference shown by a gps watch and a barometric one should be the same.

@flypg said in SA sync with Suunto 9 Baro and sport mode customization: @silentvoyager Thanks, but the last time that I did this from MC worked perfectly (GPS Recording Interval). OK, I’ve just tested that. You are right Movescount creates a custom power profile with settings selected in Movescount in addition to the three standard battery modes. Not all settings are included though. For example barometer mode isn’t included. However the same can easily be done directly on watch by selecting Ultra power profile or selecting a custom profile and changing your settings there. That’s probably the reason it isn’t a high priority to support that in SA.

Hi, Android team and iOS team have different task and features to bring. That is mainly because a feature is more easy to be implemented in each platform respectively.

Suunto watches already show pace as min/mile. What kind of sport mode do you use? If it is a custom sport mode, have you mistakenly configured it to use “speed” field instead of “pace”?

Are you talking about “Navigation” entry in main menu (after pressing Start button in Time mode)? Or it’s a Quick Navigation that should pop up after selecting a new exercise? Or it’s something else (i.e. navigation during exercise)? You can describe it as a button press sequence or by pointing out which part of the user guide - https://www.suunto.com/Support/Product-support/suunto_ambit2/suunto_ambit2/ - does not seem to apply anymore. Quick Navigation is shown only when it’s enabled in that specific sport mode: [image: 1570442856116-2685bf4c-584f-4689-bbe0-10702e14a688-image.png] When you have an empty logbook and no POIs & Routes, I guess it’s possible that some navigation-related selections in menus are hidden.
