@andreas78 I think the difference between those two answers is the fact that you can change all notifications to be vibration only. That’s the thing explained in the answer above. But there is no way to set notifications of specific apps to vibrate only, the only way is to silence the app in the Suunto app, as explained by Suunto Chat.

@thanasis I am very glad you got a good track, I am just telling you that the reason is most probably in the sky.

@misseden btw, just in the new survey suunto has revealed some concepts of advanced comparisons for running/cycling, previous survey with such big new features took about 6 month to arrive in beta, if I’m not mistaken. We’ll see!

Maybe the new UI will bring progress in the logbook. Maybe. Of course the new UI is only for S9PP onwards.

If you open the map screen in Suunto App you can see the dot representing yourself, using the phone location provider (GPS/wifi/bluetooth/etc).

@loopylou72 TSS is computed on the app, recovery time uses HR and is a watch only metric. Meaning, the time you need until a hard cardio session.

@moreusernameftw First you need to pair the Verity Sense to the watch. You can do this now, no need to wait until you’re ready to run/exercise. To pair the VS sensor, put it on your arm and turn it on. Then go through the settings/connectivity/pair sensor menus on your watch and select “pair HR sensor”. It’ll tell you to moisten the sensor, which you can obviously ignore for an optical sensor and click to the next step. The watch will then search for and pair to the sensor within a few seconds. When you want to run or whatever exercise using the VS sensor, put it on, turn it on and then go to the exercise start menu in the watch. The watch will automatically connect to the VS, overriding the watch wrist sensor (no need to disable it). As above, you’ll know it’s connected because the heart symbol will have the little “wings” (belt). If you’re still not sure if it’s connected to the VS before you start running, take the watch off and check that the wrist sensor lights are off.

@JDTaylor Has the battery completely run out? If not let the watch battery run completely out. Then charge and turn the watch back on. Hopefully the watch will restore to the prior firmware. If not, it needs to be sent in for service.

@Egika Thanks! This can be a very reasonable explanation. The only thing is that this has happened before (the battery to be empty for several days - weeks) and then recharged (started charing immediately) without any issues and delays. But nicely it is working properly now! Yiannis.

@brad_olwin said in O2 on Suunto 9 Peak during pause in activity: @derrick-spafford I think Suunto has plans for more integration of SpO2 values. This is a new feature so I would give it some time. Expected so, and makes sense. Just wanted to get my vote in!
