@isazi that’s nice. tanjong pagar is in central of singapore and also one of area that can sorely test the watch gps capability (with all the high rise office buildings). This is where i saw suunto gps algorithm makes a lot of difference (fusedtrack?)

@rudi-ratlos for which activities the HR sensor is bad? I find it great. Do you wear the watch properly?

@dimitrios-kanellopoulos Do you know why?. During this periods freezes also PTE number and SP Burner drops to 0 g/h for both fat and carbs consumption.

@sartoric I created a custom Run profile and didn’t realize I needed to add the interval screen. Problem solved - thank you.

@egika thanks for the reply. well, using the watch for every run should give enough data to calculate the zones, i just wanted to be sure, so that i don’t miss something…

@dimitrios-kanellopoulos Thanks very much for the fast reply. I am of course aware of the “different framerate issue” when recording screens with a camera. I just posted the video link to emphasize my point. It’s actually how i see it in real. (with my eyes and so…) Maybe it’s just me (issue with my eyes maybe …hopyfully not ) or an issue with my device. But i don’t have this problem with the white training theme on a spartan ultra. Only on the 9peek. But it’s interesting that you don’t have this issue. Thanks for the clarification. (I know this is again a video link, but the 9peek display and the 9baro display seem to behave different (different frame rates… or i don’t know…): see this video for example …but again …i only notice the flickering on white background. )

@fritzbt2013 no, it’s only one sensor per group. I guess you could pair one as a cadence sensor and one as a Powermeter though. You would however get different metrics shown on the watch.

@jamie-bg Totally agree. The arm movement of breaststroke is so different to other strokes which seems to be easy to be identified. Weird.

I have trail running and backcountry skiing wearing both at the same time……quite a few. Size matters! If the Peak is too small don’t purchase. I prefer the baro for skiing and much ,much prefer the Peak for running. I cannot wear the baro sleeping. Too big. The Peak has a slightly better altitude algorithm and with small rolling hills will do better. For me, I have big hills so it doesn’t matter. The adaptive backlight on the Peak is great, I like it for running and all day use. For me the Peak hands down but I like the smaller watch and never have more than 4 data fields on one screen.

@freeheeler Polar app says 100% power. But it seems always to glitch after a pause. I will use my Spartan Ultra next time to see if get the same behaviour. I had a run 2 weeks ago with Spartan, same route and lot of pauses (my dog) no glitch at all.

@simon I voted for this, if the watch has a route displayed this would replace that route. Hopefully not resulting in the watch crashing while recording. It may be an issue for the resources but I do not see why as one can enable a route while exercising.
