@emmavet87 caving depths measurement should work from atmospheric pressure. At least, when the whole cave is not pressurized. Just give it a try. I think it should work well.

@pcosm I find 10% per day way too much - with 24/7 HR, notifications, sleep on and 12+ hours of GPS per week I have long-time average around 6,5%/d.

After the last repair that took a month, they sent me the watch, supposedly repaired, 5 days later the same behavior, I sent it back to the repair center, and again the same stories, it’s been almost 3 weeks, apologizing that they are in high demand for repairs… it’s a shame, I’m tired of waiting !!! Thank you for your feedback. Having seen the rumors, I don’t really want to buy a vertical V1 if the V2 comes out in a few weeks. (like at the UTMB??) It’s not easy. Especially since they will certainly have updated the heart sensor for example. The current features are perfect for my use. Running, trail to but especially the itinerant hike for which I have need for reliability, latency-free mapping and possibly solar charging. I don’t know if titanium brings much apart from comfort if you wear the watch at night. And finally the MiP screen! I hate the amoled on my Fenix 8. I feel like I have a black brick on my wrist.

I think its a matter of all the personal data entered in the watch. For example, I’ve done recently an hiking activity: 32[km], almost 8[h] duration, 2000[m] ascent, avg. heart rate 93[bpm] by HR belt, 2960[kcal]. 2960[kcal] are maybe too much? Maybe, but I was really (not) feeling them in my body!

@Brad_Olwin I have discovered also something else. I also need to align the method how tss is calcultated. I saw a difference between TP and Suunto. Suunto was using tss (run) while TP was using just tss. I was looking for the MET tss in TP but cannot find it there. I just decided to use tss (hr) now for both because for running I am using hr zones and, i guess, my hr zones are more accurate then my speedzones. In the last trail run, with the aligned hr zones, the tss for both only differs 1 (66 to 67…). That is nice. Another thing (but maybe I should post a new topic for that) there is a great gap between the form in TP (currently minus -8) and TSB in Suunto (currently +15). Last month in Suunto the TSB is moving up and down between +15 and +25. I has never been lower then +10… Since I am training with Suunto (begin July 2025), I am losing condition. That sounds very strange to me. I am training regularly (2x running and 2x cycling per week as average). What could be the reason for that?

i think the notifications background color should follow back your watch face background, i.e. dark or white. standardize the color should be good according to your watch face background color.

@MiniForklift 100%. as i replace my garmin i was used showing basic information on top of the map (for me it was pace and HR, but of course other fields make sense). so adding the possibility to overlay 1-2 fields over the map would be highly appreciated. otherwise > best map on a watch I’ve ever seen.

This issue has not been fixed until now as I have recently expecienced with charging my SV with 7% - 1 hour later one map (which I forgot I set for download ages ago) got downloaded and the battery was as low as at 6%… You have to disconnect and connect the cable once again to start charging the watch - this is pain in guess where… Any idea is this is getting fixed in the upcoming update?

@PaulR7 sorry, silly me. I have reduced my widgets to a minimum and use the timer from the apps. I personally distinguish between apps and widgets and never noticed the behavior you describe.

Sorry, please ignore, looks like different weather source compared to my usual weather app. I thought the location was wrong, but looks fine-ish.

Air quality on my watch it is not working. I have the same value 2 everyday for over two weeks. Today we have 0 on the index scale when I look at the local weather station. Does any one have some info about this? Or are yours working. And as a suggestion it would be nice to have in the weather widget the feeling temperature on the first page.

Nup no suunto app guides or anything like that. I’m not sure if it vibrates I don’t think so but when I’m running not really the most aware of something like that I will take notice next time.

i have this issue this morning. i solved this issue by put my phone in airplane mode and then turn it off airplane mode.
