@vinc14 at least for that Christmas tree there has been added a new highlight color. Watch faces making use of the functionality already there wouldn’t need a SW Update. But your right at least it seemed strange when you have decoupled watch faces and roll out an SW Update with it.

@vinc14 Hi Vinc, ich mache es bei mir so, dass ich in der Suunto App unter Training die Aktivität auswähle. Dort einmal auf die Karte klicken und schön öffnet sich eine Ansicht auf dem ein Trend dargestellt wird. Wenn du diesen Trend bewegst, siehst du die vergangene Zeit, Strecke und wenn es ausgewählt ist, auch die Höhe. So sieht man wie lange ein Aufstieg ging und wieviel Meter gegangenen wurden. @el_senderos OHR does not work well for me during exercise on any watch brand. Daily and sleeping is fine but I highly recommend using an HR belt, which will enable you to use ZoneSense.

@Claudia-CK just create a personnal sport mode, and you can choose your fields to have your speed ascent in m/min.

@Loïc-Fracheboud I have experimented that too : If you want to modify the current route you’re navigating on, it crashes the activity. The only way : create another route in the app and charge it in navigation settings.

@Adrian.S The problem is not in the pixel or the ipad, it is in the watch that can only handle one connection for the app, at least for now, but this is pretty logical with the app and is the same for other manufacturers too (at least Coros where you can only have one active app). At least with Suunto once synced with one of the devices the info in the ipad and the pixel will be the same. It is known that Suunto is working on improving the sensor connections to be able to have more than one, but I do not know if this will affect the app connection too.

The maps data are not loaded directly from OSM, the maps provider is MapBox afair so only MB know For the offline version I guess there’s something done by Suunto too (https://forum.suunto.com/topic/11343/maps-partial-update-rollout-august-2024-limited-countries ) so different steps and players involved.

@safari Edit: I did a soft reboot and I can say it’s fixed for now.

@danct I had this problem years ago with a Garmin Etrex. It was a corrupt map. Happened every time I went past a certain point. Obviously I have no idea if this affects the Vertical, I have had no issues walking with map, which doesn’t really help I guess!

@giuliosq or better… I want the laps to be counted (lap count?) automatically based on the distance (which is calculaetd correclty). the laps dont go as for example apple watches which tell you exaclty what number of laps
