@Milan-Šádek the same as Garmin says, but it is only half of the truth. You can do the simple (or lazy) approach, to send every notification to the watch as you get them from the notification center. But you could also implement a filter between the notification and the push to the watch. Or even inside the watch. I get that iOS possibly limits you to find out what apps are installed, so you cannot choose in the beginning. But I remember the Galaxy Watch Active2, where I could define on the watch that I never want to have a notification from “this app” again, as I got a notification there. So it would be possible to build a blacklist even directly in the watch, if the notification is pushed to the watch directly from iOS… As @SimonDe says other companies go that extra mile…

If I remember from another thread correctly, the watch works out the metrics, not the app. So anything imported does not go through this loop and the detailed metrics are missing.

My wife’s watch behaved funny this morning after the update. All the buttons got frozen and the watch was repeatedly doing soft reset for some time. Then finally it got unfrozen but it seemed that the watch actually did a factory reset. After that the watch has been upgraded again and it was okay for 5 min and then the thing with soft resets repeated. Then, when it got unfrozen again. I did one more factory reset myself and now it seems that the watch is ok. The latest software is there. Has anyone experienced something similar?

@VanIanB The Run is the only Suunto without this feature and is likely limitations either in the watch or firmware is not yet capable. The Run has an alternate firmware than other Suunto watches. So, I do not think it was excluded. The Run does not have SuuntoPlus capability either. It was designed as an entry level watch and lacks some features. All manufacturers limit features on their budget/entry level watches.

@Mff73 said in changing route on the fly during navigation: Routes are synced directly (sometimes without any pop-up) This time I paid much more attention and as soon as I enabled the new routes, a quick sync message appeared. That said, great feature! Thanks!

@Egika Says the person using an Avatar picture with a bike But seriously, you won’t find any running instructor talking about Cadence in the RPM sense. Even Suunto with this Run watch has implemented a metronome with a Cadence advice of: https://www.suunto.com/sports/News-Articles-container-page/run-with-the-new-suunto-run-gps-watch/ “Metronome Cadence – the number of steps you take per minute – is a great indicator of efficient running form. Use Suunto Run’s metronome to maintain your target step frequency. A cadence of around 180 steps per minute is commonly recommended.” I myself would say ‘try to keep it above 170 to minimise heavy pounding steps’.

@Arnaldo-Rodriguez said in Watch Face customisation: Is there any info if Suunto Plus Store will come to the Run? I have no idea, but I suppose not because Run already has some of the features of S+ on board. Maybe they plan to add more in the future, who knows!

@renumbisin you mean if your run is 11.02km, the last lap is just 20m and the average for this short distance should be the average of the last 200m to have more data for average. This is reasonable.

@Carlos-Dámaso Ahh I see. Yes, from what I know you can’t import structure workout to Suunto Run as it needs Suunto Plus. This hoping that in the future they migrate the Suunto Plus to the Run. Thank you for the information! I don’t intend to use the structured workout, but insights from the Suunto Coach is something that I want to see the training load and other various matrix.

this is the AOD display. it is reduced to save battery. If you enable the full display by raising your wrist or pressing a button, additional information will be shown on the right part of the screen. I guess the design decision was made, so that the time numbers don’t jump around too much between the two displays.

@Jonathan-Dupré Two ways: Long-press the crown -> Settings -> Display -> Always-on Display Go to Widgets -> Control Panel -> Always-on Display Note: During an activity, you must first exit the activity (not stop it). Long-pressing the bottom button takes you to the watch face. Once the setting is complete, pressing the crown returns you to the activity. Unfortunately, this option isn’t available in the activity’s Sports Settings. It’s better to set it beforehand.

I had similar behaviour this morning with the latest software 3.19.20. Have you experienced something similar again since you had the issue last time?
