Suunto 9 Peak Pro no watch faces on watch and in app

Hello,
suddenly the face of my suunto 9 Peak pro changed by itself.
I tryed to access to SuuntoPluso Store but the view of Watch faces is empty.I’m using the firmware version 2.48.16 and latest version of Suunto Android app.
Please can you help me?

Where have the watchfaces gone?
I’ve got a Suunto 9 peak pro and this morning it reverted to the ghastly digital watch face.
I’ve redownloaded the app, updated the software, restarted my watch but in the watch faces menu in the app I just get a white screen.
I really can’t stand the ugly watch face that it’s reverted to. Any news on when the watch screen faces will be reaccessible or what I’m doing wrong?

I have the same problem with S9PP. All watchfaces vanished from my watch and app as well.

Well there’s some comfort in knowing its just not at my end haha

Vertical and 9PP lost all watch faces today. After some syncs with the app the watch faces came back, but the configuration was lost. Both watches are running the newest firmware.
On both watches it happens while syncing with the app during Suunto plus synchronisation.

I can’t confirm (yet). I still have my watch face and all the watch faces in the Suunto App -

@pilleus Guess I disable the sync until this is resolved now that I still have the watch faces

Investigating, only S9PP are affected. Even more specifically newer, China-made S9PP

In case it could help investigation, I have no prob at this moment with a 9PP made in PRC and iOS.
