No problems since the last update. OHR, sleep tracking and heart rate variability are working without any issues.

Same here after the Softwareupdate!
This Morning HR and Ox stopped to work during the night. Sleep tracking stopped too.
Watch enters Sleep / do not disturb mode at 23:00. Measurement seemed to stop at around 2:45, when the OX Sensor seemed to do its last measurement. OX Sayed last measured 5 hours ago when I realized it around 7:50. So I guess there is a coincidence between HR sensor and ox sensor.Will try to turn of OX sensor if it happens again.
Couldn’t reproduce while starting OX measuring manually.Didn’t have this issue for quite a long time.

I’ve also had the same problem with HR Measurement stops since last update. Soft reset helps only for couple of hours, then it stops again.
Any recommendation how to solve the problem? -

@Ludwig-Pichlbauer I can confirm the bug is back with 2.39.20.
No measurement of heart rate after a random period of time, I just discover it when I need it and a soft reset is required in order to restore the heart rate detection.
Very annoying, particularly because it’s a recurring problem -
@Sergio-Nasi as written above this is currently being worked on by Suunto.
What helped me with other firmwares when OHR was jammed: start a manual SpO2 measurement. Maybe you want to try instead of resetting the whole watch?

@Egika It doesn’t work. Despite starting the measurement manualy the leds doesn’t start flickering. Thanks anyway.

I am also dealing with this problem for nearly a week alrady. Very annoying!

Same for me. Switching of my peak pro and starting it again reactivates the lights for measurements again but after around 4-6 hours it’s stops again. Manual measurement not switching on lights anymore.

Hi all,
Since Last Week’s Software Update, all of us are suffering Heart Rate issue on our Suunto 9 Peak Pro. This New Software Version has an error on Heart Rate Function and this is very annoying for any athlete or sport lover.
Today I spoke with Suunto’s Chat asistance and they confirm me how to solve it.
Meanwhile they are working on it, we all have to change the Software to the previous version 2.37.48
I did it today and by the moment Heart Rate issue is solved changing to the previous version -

Same here since the last firmware update (2.39.20).
Also experienced this issue with a former version of the firmware (early 2024, as stated when this topic was opened). It was solved with an update mid-2024, but now it went back again a couple of weeks ago.
I hope Suunto is working on this indeed…Very annoying, I have to do a soft reset before every activity (because even during the day, HR sensor stops abruptly, not only during sleep…) -
Yes correct the problem with the update.
Please follow the below steps to solve
the issue.
Long press the middle button to enter
setting Select general Select about Slide
down until you see data privacy at the
end Long press the lower button to enter
the interface Slide down and select
“select OTA pkg” You can see the current
version and the previous version here.
Select the previous version to update
