      @lost_today What was the resources after your nightly sleep? What’s your heart rate for the past 12 hours looks like? Did you try soft-resetting the watch?

        @NickK morning Nick
        Thanks again for reply
        Last night I slept for nearly 8 hours, rss was at 2%
        Min hr was 66. And looked last 12 hours were between that and low 80. I have just done a soft reset. So rss at 50% and hr blank.
        Well let you know how I go from here
        Thanks again.

          @NickK
          Hi again
          RSS slowly counting down from 50. Now at 23. Not been very active today, min hr been 71. But usually around 80. Either I have a heart problem
          Or something not quite right with watch. Had this problem since the update that give us rss page. And it still blinks when I return to watch screen. I have done 2 hard resets from then. Wish I had access to pc at moment for new update. I hope this my sort it out.

            @lost_today What’s your current rest HR setting? From posts above I see your Max HR at 178. Is this a reasonable value fro you?

            People found that to get RSS to 100, they usually have to set their RHR 3-5 beats above a minimum HR shown by the watch.

              @NickK thanks again nick
              I based my max hr on 220 - age(42).
              Maybe a will check exercise as I do and if I go above will adjust accordingly
              I will also monitor my min hr on watch from now and put 2-3 points above this. And let you know how I go.
              Thanks for helping it’s much appreciated

                @lost_today It seems you have your rest HR too low. This should be your average HR when sitting during the day.

                  @Brad_Olwin
                  Thanks Brad
                  I have now set my min HR at 80.
                  I am not working for 4 days. So will be taking it easy. Just exercise an 1hr a day and a dog walk.
                  Interestingly I have up my min HR a few times this week. And my rss are still at zero or 1-2% most in mornings after 5-8hrs sleep.
                  Also before my last exercise I seen my wrist hr was at 105 and I set up exercise using my chest HR monitor and looked then. It was 20 below. At 85. I tested this a few times and was always the same.
                  I have done a soft reset and cleaned watch etc.
                  Will see how rss change at Min hr 80.
                  Thanks again for help

                    @lost_today This really does not seem right to me. The resources are working fairly well based on how I feel. My rest HR is 50 and my max is 185. For most of my exercising my HR stays below 150, when doing interval work or racing it can get quite high. I have 3 different watches that have resources and they all work similarly. I did a 1h 45 min run today PTE 3.1 and have been walking or sitting since. My Resources are Stressed but at 30%. Resources will be above 80% tomorrow morning if I wear the watch to bed.

                        @lost_today Yes, send in a support ticket and see if they want you to send the watch in.
