This time differences are so bad 😞 It changes everything include average speed of moving time. Any ideas?

Well, you need to have the background service running to receive notifications. It’s the app that manage the notifications, not the phone itself.
If you previously used MC the service was running but without showing any icon.

If you check the app watch settings (watch icon - 3 dots) you’ll se an option “enable/disable mobile notification”

Regarding HR on watchface , that’s not possible (yet)

As I don’t want to add another thread and have not found a better one:
I find it is a more than a little bit annoying, that there is (the last three runs exactly) 10 seconds difference in the lap-time of the first kilometer between the watch (SSWHR) and the app (the app is faster by 10 seconds), all other kilometers differ only slightly and only sometimes (mostly a maximum of 1-2 seconds).
Running distance is between 10,x and 13,x kilometers.
The overall distance and time (etc) is identical.

I have deceided to return my watch i really like the look of it but its just not what im looking for
i like suunto watchs does anyone reccomend one witha good bright screen and all notifications work

BTW this post is the feature suggestion for this. Unfortunately, it only got 22 votes in 3 years, so it does not seem as a priority for users.

@Tomáš-Zahradník What you can do, if you have a mobile with you is to just sync even if the mobile connection is off. The app will store a local copy of the data and will try to upload it eventually.

The watch should be able to store up to xh of data with HR etc but after that will rotate.

Also keep in mind that a software update will do the same.

I had the same problem, wrote several times to suunto support but no solution…
After reading several treads on this forum I decided to try another HR monitor and bought Polar H10, since then I have no problem with heart rate…
Suunto belt just don’t last long…couple of months and you need a new one…

@triumph114 go to share in suunto app then select to internet browser then internet browser will start and download the gpx file into the “downloads” folder

@Yiannis-Stamos I don’t know. I would assume they are deleted at some point because you can’t store everything all the time.

@darxmurf ok, then most likely this bug is related to the pause. I have had the same some months ago with the map.display in the app.
Let’s hope it gets fixed soon!

@amasidlover you can sync offline, i.e. the data is transferred from your watch to the app without you needing Internet connection, thus allowing you to free space on the watch. Most of the processing is then done online by the “Suunto Cloud”, including converting the raw data into a FIT file.

This is how I understand the process so far, of course people from Suunto can help solve doubts better.

Ok, so I fixed the problem by deleting the imported routes from my iPhone. This seems to be a bug and needs to be fixed, because web interface is no longer a thing and if you don’t happen to have a iPhone you are totally locked out of your route page. Furthermore I do want to be able to have more routes which this issue doesn’t allow me to have.

Edit:
The route page crashes, beyond repair when importing large gpx files.

@dimitrios-kanellopoulos I forgot to check it with the previous version, sorry. With this last 4.42.2 it works perfect with the S7 connected or not. Thanks! 💪
