@roakes have you synced the watch to the app regularly and do you wait for it to find GPS before you start the activity?

@jeanlee I don’t see Ocean as a D5, Ocean has much more features, it is not based only on diving so given that i would also expect for updates to go more frequently. Personally waiting for those watchface complications to be in the update, stuff that Vertical and Race have for months now

@diogao13 I use mine 6 days a week for activities that last between 56 and 90 minutes. The battery used to last 9 to 10 days but now struggles to last 7. I used to have notification on but turned them off a month ago. Everything else has stayed the same. Perhaps the battery is rapidly degrading?

@Redhat6 you mean in the watch? If recording route is on? Yes. I did dive again today and to day i got the route. I reas that i am not the first one that some of the dive route are showing and some not. By the way, the dive route looks not accurate at all, i turn left and its looks like right for example. And in the main screen in the app i still get that start location in the place i got out of the water and the end location 5 min after on the beach.

@marbjo I think it fair to assume all features of new firmware that don’t rely on specific hardware will come to the Ocean.

@BrunoH Thank you for your reply. I didn’t think about it but you’re right in thinking it would be a hopeless. Anyway I can’t understand the correct use of the PDI (Point Of Interest in italian) where you can choose things as Reef, or Wreck, or anything connected to diving PDI. It seems I just can use them while I’m on the boat.

@Samyon-Shahnovitch I still remember the good old days when the early firmware of Suunto 9 (and Spartans before that) had adjustable brightness in 5% increments. Then Suunto decided to change it to low/medium/high, making my S9 and now Vertical annoyingly bright during night use. And I can fully imagine that it might be even worse with an AMOLED screen. I wish they would revert this for all their watches.
