@2times4 hey. I am doing similar ones. My setup is:
Before starting in “excersize options” I would go to intervals and setup it like:
Repetitions: 5
Interval: Distance 500m
Recovery: Duration 00’30s
After I start and done with warm up/ etc I would go to “Intervals” watch screen and start my intervals.
After I am done with one iteration I reser the intervals from the same screen so it is ready again. I get my rest and do it again.
Not super ideal, but works pretty alright for me.
We need the same for the vertical, just a tide watch as the old casio’s, you dont need internet or apps, just know the max and low tide, the watch calcule for itself
@sntors Before creating custom modes its worth mentioning that the sports you use more often get sorted automatically with the latest one being first in the list so say you use 4 sports theses 4 will be the first to show in the list. Only the first time you need to scroll longer till you find what you need.
@suzzlo the odd part is that there are suunto plus apps for reading di2, connecting smart glasses, connect e-bike and what not.
But having a cadence and speed sensor from garmin - that is not going to work.
@brechtvb thanks for your reply! i got the Race S one week ago (to replace the Vertical titanium that was too big - with that one I never had this problem). Thanks for the tip on the strap, I will try to replace it to see how it goes, usually when I’m indoors I wear it very snug and don’t move that much… but we’ll see.
@jakubedzior said in Problems with the alarms:
The other day my alarm rang on the watch but without the alarm screen - there was no way I could turn the alarm off or snooze it and had to go to the settings while it was ringing, and reboot it.
I ignored that bug since it happened just once. But today I faced a worse issue. Yesterday I set my alarm to 7am. I woke up at 7:30 thinking I must have missed it and disabled it while I was asleep. Half an hour later, at 8am the alarm rang. Lol. When I go to the alarm settings it still shows as set to 7am.
I had the same situation two days ago but with Suunto Vertical.
The alarm went off but I didn’t have an alarm screen and I couldn’t turn it off.
@Arie-Rahmadi for anyone who experience the same thing. I just delete my alarm and extend the DND period, and it solve the problem. Don’t really know which the actual culprit (alarm or DND) but it perfectly track my sleep today.
@Adrien-Housiaux
Did you already discharged completely (to the battery icon) and recharged, to be sure battery is calibrated ?
There are several discussion about this topic, I’m locking this one to avoid duplicates
@TombTomb Try resetting the Bluetooth and WIFI settings on the phone
This procedure deletes all connections and will require reconnecting to all networks
@tensing iOS or Android? I think there is a small issue with the backend providing firmware updates, it should be resolved soon (I managed to update 4 watches yesterday, I am having some issues today)
