@JohnV HRV is interpreted as body resources. In my case I notice if my resources is going yellow again whilst resting it’s a sign of good recovery and HRV going up.

@brad_olwin Hi, my last attempt last night was to pair the Wahoo Cadence pod as foot pod. It can be used as that and provide Cadence while running, no problem. Then I added the foot pod to the biking profile on the watch. Guess what? It didn’t work! Now I am at a loss about the internal data structure of the S9. How can a programmer in his right mind use two data fields for the the same data Cadence. @isazi cheers, the soft reset did it. Will have to verify during an activity, but looks good in standard non-activity mode.

@Matthew-Robertson Using a standard mode worked but turning off wrist HR may also trigger this issue. I had wrist HR on yesterday with a standard sport mode.

That way FB algorithm will look for “Best performance” data and will not raise your fitness age like you are a time traveler.

@NickK The Ambit3 series will support a workout like that (at least while you can still get a Movescount APK for android from somone).
