ZoneSense data didn’t appear

Did a 6 hour trail run last night.
For some unexplained reason I didn’t get any data on the ZoneSense screen, I didn’t take it too seriously because I was sure it would eventually appear and I didn’t want to be too busy working out why no data was on the screen, which in retrospect was my glitch.
After synching with SA I was sure (hopeful) it would appear but regretfully it didn’t
I got HR data from suunto hr belt so it is really confusing why ZS isn’t appearing…
Any ideas?

How can you be sure that you get data from the heart rate belt? I only can see the heart icon with the belt on the screen before starting my exercises… during exercises, I only see my heart rate without any special icon… but I think if my ZoneSense Screen on the watch shows data, the watch will get data from the belt? I don’t know if I think right?
But I have the problem that I could see data on ZoneSense on watch during 4 exercises, but I got ZoneSense data in the phone app only for one of these 4 exercises… -
@SuperFlo75 you can be - quite - sure that the data is from the belt IF you have the signal of your belt on the screen before you start the activity.
Why? Because the sensor does not change (back) to the internal sensor - and vice versa - if the sensor that is used at the beginning stops for whatever reasons.
So: whatever is shown at the beginning delivers the numbers, independent of whatever you switch on during any exercise. -
@SuperFlo75 …yep, the same thing has happened to me.
So far, out of 6 activities with data on the watch, 4 are good in the app (3 mountain biking and 1 paddel tennis) and 2 activities are bad (1 trail running with no data and 1 running with only partial data). So I’m still trying to find an error pattern.
By the way, to find out if the heart rate belt works during exercise: you can take off the watch for a moment and check that the heart rate is still being recorded

@enriqueescoms I used a custom made sport mode with trail running as basis… for my runs without data. The one activity with data was on the base of hiking. Perhaps the trail running is the reason of the missing data?

No data on Suunto app today also for me .
Running with polar h10, the watch showed the data as it should but after synching the Suunto app has nothing

For 3 runs and no zone sense data appears in app even when working on watch. I’ve tried resetting and restarting and updating everything and still no luck. I give up. Suunto support also doesn’t know why. My old exercises (before zonesense release) with the belt have zonesense in analysis but the newest exercises since the feature releases don’t have zonesense in the app.

Bonjour j’avais le même problème que vous aussi je suis sous iOS version bêta j’ai fait de la montage aujourd’hui aucune donnée zone sens j’ai supprimé l’application bêta et la connexion entre la montre et l’application et je suis repassé à la version normale appairé de nouveau la montre et là les données zone sens ont apparus sur mes 5 derniers activités si ça peut aider bonne journée

@Josaiplu c’est bizarre par moment je n’ai aucune donnée je ferme l’application et je la rouvre 10 minutes plus tard et ça marche !

@ggrego J ai eu pareil sur une activité, force close de SA et après restart c’était la, mais maintenant j ai plus le soucis du tout et j ai eu ça le jour de la release de ZS
