If the lugs are the same as the Vertical (which is looks like they are) any 22mm strap should fit. I have a wide selection of 22mm leather & silicon quick release straps for my SV and they all fit well. No issues at all

@fabula670 said in Issue on calculating space and speed while walking without GPS: Another one a bit off topic is that the first time I recorded a walk (just after bought the watch), calibration went right and also the VO2max popped up, while now, after the reset I did last Monday (and after a 2-3 races recorded) no datum is available yet… well, It’ll show up Update: after the 3rd run recorded, SR told me that it was calibrated for running and VO2max popped up… just as I hoped

@sartoric @Simon-Corne additionally, try to let the watch use the entire battery with a dummy activity on the balcony until it shuts down by itself, fully charge it and observe. if it’s still the same -> contact customer service sorry, just saw you’ve tried it already… so customer support immediately

I really don’t read too much into it beyond how long I slept. There is wide variability in how different watches report on sleep phases. On top of that there is the artificial sleep score, sleep debt, sleep recommendations, etc. Again, it’s a magic eight ball as far as I’m concerned. But interesting and I’m curious how different companies will refine it in the future.

@David-l said in Something went wrong: @OnlyoneKenobi It looks like the device wasn’t restarted - had this last week. Yeah may be… I’m contacting support today, I’ve been trying to recharge the SR since yesterday but watch doesn’t want to hear about it, it is stopped to 12% even if recharging lightning however is shown. I attach the photos taken from the watch of yesterday’s activity [image: 1707982935183-05fca31f-1d60-4fd0-8f90-94b2c6d3cfbf_1_105_c.jpeg] [image: 1707982935224-e1ab8d88-1aa6-4102-a8f6-d2c199222385_1_105_c.jpeg] [image: 1707982983246-a3ee9fdd-fbeb-4574-95b2-6a5b6a6a2d76_1_105_c.jpeg] the mystery deepens, I checked the trace of my Garmin edge and it reports the same anomaly at this point I doubt that SR is to blame [image: 1707987633367-photo-2024-02-15-09-51-10.jpg]

@Swaddy61 Hmmm yeah, wouldn’t it be more accurate that the normal range should change but as @Matúš and @wmichi have stated but over a longer time period. Similar to how the Fitness (CTL) changes and progresses over a longer consistent time?

@luke55 The sleep tracking least for me has improved substantially since its introduction and there will be ongoing improvements. The sleep tracking shows sleep phases, which I tend to have difficulty believing anyway as those are difficult to detect without professional equipment so I think not so basic. As you can see on the forums sleep tracking works very well for some, less for others. As I stated before you should wait until the watch notifies you of your sleep results, this is to prevent it from thinking you did not go back to sleep when you got out of bed in the middle of the night. You could turn off DND or do some other action before taking the watch off and the sleep notification will trigger.

@cosme-costa I’m new to Suunto (8 runs so far, all with a Polar H10 until this mornings). I’ve gotten Vo2 Max estimates, but no Lactate Threshold/Race Prediction numbers yet. I saw some in the forums say you needed to use the watches oHR for it to calculate so I did try that this morning. The oHR was definitely way off to start for the first 15 minutes of the run, and the file ended up saying I had 22 minutes Z4 (53% of the run) and 11 minutes Z5 (27% of the run). So even if the requirement is that the data be from the oHR, I should have had enough for it to generate some sort of estimate (which would have been a wrong estimate since the data was garbage without using a strap for me)

Hello and thanks for describing that well the issue I face also, I share tatally the view and the need of custom battery mode that will allow Aod to be enabled for specific sports I would like to add that turning on AoD seems only possible before starting an activity which is a bit annoying (I discover the watch maybe there is a shortcut)

@isazi said in What is the logic for using HR-wrist and HR-belt?: @GiPFELKiND said in What is the logic for using HR-wrist and HR-belt?: @Mff73 interessant would be the answer of the folliwing question. What happened if the battery of the HR Belt goes empty when i am on exercice did the watch auromatically use WRIST HR when it is activated? No, there is no fail over mechanism implemented. are you sure? that’s a bit strange as a lot of watches (maybe all of them in that league) in case the strap stops transmitting they revert to the oHR

@Łukasz-Szmigiel Synching with Suunto app will only synchronize the time if you have the watch set to do that. Otherwise it uses GPS time.
