Hi, I’m having issues again with HR data not being recorded in the last part of the activity. There have now been consecutive updates all at the same time, so it is difficult to understand why the problem has occurred again. I’ve updated the Polar H10 to latest fw, 4.1.10 I’ve updated SA to 6.5.7 (Android) I’ve updated the Run to 3.22.24 [image: 1765211731887-run.png]

@olitherunner123 This WF appears when you have uninstalled (by mistake?) all available WFs, so go to the SA application, select the ones you like, and sync the watch and this should solve the issue. Unless there is something else…

@Jordan-Decker I can’t believe it was that easy and I am a bit embarrassed I never thought about it myself. Thanks a lot mate

I’ve just completed my first swimming session with the updated Suunto Run, and I must confirm that it does not fulfill its purpose. Some features that were announced are simply missing. Even though swimming isn’t my main sport, I would like to know my interval times, the duration of each stroke type, as well as activity and rest times. None of that is available — not to mention that the distance is displayed in kilometers! So I’ve opened a ticket with Suunto support to find out their position, but for me, the Suunto Run seems to be heading straight back to Finland.

@Hari-Seldon True, I moved here when I realized it’s probably an issue with the Suunto Run. A big difference between the H10 and Verity Sense / Coros HRM is that only the former provides R-R intervals. This fact surely affects how the watch interacts with the sensor since e.g. the watch knows that zonesense should not be available with the optical ones. I would guess something in how the watch treats them causes the spikes, and that this is somehow related to the bogus R-R data recorded by the watch. I don’t know whether or not this also happens with the Coros OHR sensor.

@santo75 Kind of agree. The vibration is quite weak, especially on autolap.

@Jervin-Reyes I think the Suunto Run was already great when I bought it this summer, but I am pleasantly surprised with the number of updates and the contents of these updates (especially the last one). I’m excited to see what future updates might bring (Vertical2/Race2 watch faces I hope), but actually hope they will update the app with a dark mode and improve the sleep tracking scoring.

I’ve been using version 3.22.18 for a couple of weeks now. The good news is that treadmill mode is finally working properly, but unfortunately, the watch is rebooting more frequently. It usually restarts after the second lap during interval training sessions.

@herlas Yup, the only numbers I still trust on my watch are time, distance & speed.

@owend said in Dropping heart rate belt: I had a feeling this might be some sort of timing bug when there are pauses (auto or manual) in an activity afaic no pauses at all. That said it only happened once so far…

I am more than satisfied with Run’s performance, but unfortunately when it comes to sampling during sleep (and day), we are not quite there yet. I simply don’t trust it anymore (HRV…). e.g. Last night, my Holter monitor, a medical device, recorded values between 46 and 54 bpm, so I can’t explain the 67 bpm and all the other peaks. Furthermore, the minimum value recorded of 48 bpm is terribly wrong. I already reported this issue in June, but unfortunately, I never received any feedback, not even here… [image: 1762863575790-screenshot_20251111-130624.png]

@enriqueescoms The 9 Peak Pro could be an option. On the downside it has no maps compared to Race S. But if she wants Maps its a lot more expensive in the Garmin Ecosystem than Suunto
