Sync issue - error loading data - sync not fully completed

Dear, recently my daily runs are no longer synced “full”, meaning when clicking on the map it says “error loading data” as well as no further upload to i.e. mapmyrun seems possible. App completely removed (cache cleared) and reinstalled didn’t fix this issue. Neither worked using the app on another phone. Commenting on my workout isn’t possible as well. Any idea what might have been blocking here? Thx! Lorenz

I have some problems loading in the app my run activities too, the other activities load just fine

@Lorse I have this problem too. Downloading .fit file and exporting .gpx or .kml file does not work either.

@Łukasz-S try to reinstall the app (if the activities are still on the watch, they’ll resync)

How long the watch keeps the activities? Does it save them for a while even if the logbook widget isn’t active?
