Sync issue - error loading data - sync not fully completed

Can you please find what Suunto plus is causing this issue ? Can it be hr zones ?

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos the only suuntoplus feature that was active in the still corrupted activities was hr zones duration (more were installed but not active).

I am(was?) also affected:
I have sync issues since my last hike - plus apps active: climb, safe, hr zones, weather.
On iOS (2.47.1) it doesn’t sync, on Android it does but I can’t export the .fit and it doesn’t appear on my Apple devices either.
Firmware 2.43.12I removed all plus apps now, started a test hike and it did sync. All the way to strava, the moon and back
What are the best next steps for me personally and to support the analysis/bug fix?
Is there a chance the hike can be synced after a fix? -

I did everything according to the instructions:-
deleted the activity

an update has rolled out
-
synchronized it.

no deleted activity has appeared.
did the following:
- deleted the app from the phone
- I installed the app from your Google disk link
- synced it
- the activity loaded
, the result is the same error again, nothing was uploaded to other third-party services (including Sports tracker, Strava). But the Suunto App has them, and the watch has them in the activity log.

We might have pinpointed the issue to the weather Suunto plus and some illegal characters. Please for future activities do not use the weather Suunto plus (that might be enabled also by default for some sports)

In my case I am missing two running activities and the suunto plus app used was HR zones duration.

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos, I disabled SuuntoPlus weather and now it’s syncing the activities to the app and to Strava

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos The weather is turned off in my cross training, but other Suunto Plus apps are enabled.

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos In the application, in the “feedback” section, I threw off the magazine in Suunto along with the description of the problem. Maybe it will help…

Other S+ can be also the reason. For now on s9p please turn them off

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos hello. The SuuntoPlus currently used during my activities was HR zones duration.
Since the last major update (including the watch), I was obliged to suppress this Suunto Plus option to avoid sync issues. I did not try others Suunto Plus options since then. -
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos Yesterday I recorded a workout with the Suunto Plus - Manual interval race function enabled (for a long time) and the workout was recorded and unloaded normally, before that I recorded the workout in the same mode + I created my own interval training 8x400/400m and it was also recorded normally.
but the two tracking sites where the weather is enabled are showing an error. -
Hi we have found the issue. Please do not use a Suunto plus. Any for now till the apps get updated
