Sync issue - error loading data - sync not fully completed

@Łukasz-S try to reinstall the app (if the activities are still on the watch, they’ll resync)
-
@isazi
How long the watch keeps the activities? Does it save them for a while even if the logbook widget isn’t active? -
@isazi As Lorse writes, reinstalling app don’t fix the issue. All gps activities after 28.06.2025 synchronizing with data error. Indoor activities without gps works fine. This problem also occurs with other users of 9PP

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos I don’t know. I have an android.
I know that the issue affects devices after the last firmware update and without it.
In my case, I did not make any changes at that time. I did not install the latest firmware update of the watch, nor the Suunto app, nor the Android update -
I have same problem. App for android. 9PP

suunto app v. 5.3.7, watch - both 2.40.44 and 2.43.12

Hi ! I have the exact same problem with an important race activity from Sunday. I have contacted Suunto support and I have no answer so far.
-
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos Good afternoon!
I also have a problem with data uploading! The Suunto app shows the workout, but it doesn’t upload to Sport Tracker, Strava, Relive, or Komoot. I’ve restarted my phone, reconnected to the services, and reinstalled the app, but it hasn’t helped.

@DRezvoff you should never disconnect/reconnect to third parties in such cases, because the vast majority of third parties will not process activities recorded before you connected to them, so your activities may never sync now.
To check where the problem is there is a simple test. If you see your activity in Suunto App, try to download the FIT file. If it works, the data is in the Suunto cloud and there is a problem in the Suunto-3rd parties connection. If the download of the FIT file does not work, then the problem is between the app and Suunto cloud.

Hi all we see the issue. Hang tight a solution is implemented.
-
Are you using some suunto plus ?
-
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos yes, in the case of my bugged activity I had “Hr zones duration” and also a gpx itinerary loaded.
-
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos
By me , it just does not load and I get an error message in the app.
I’m on iOS (SA 2.46.3) and I have tested to revert back to FW ( so tested with 2.43.12 and 2.40.4) on my S9PP and this does not load at all.
And I am using some Suunto Plus.
I created a new sport mode based on running and it loads just fine, even by using some Suunto Plus. -

what is the FIT file and where can I find it? and where should I upload it?
The training was also not visible in the web version of Sports Tracker.
Yesterday’s training session was unloaded, the previous 3 were not… -
