      @Mardee-Saxton
      it’s annoying, but it is not critical. I haven’t had my watch crashing during activities 🤞

          @freeheeler that’s good 👍🏼

          I think my strategy (sorta sucks to have to have one) will be to add some buffer time after taking it off the charger before I need to head out … it’s going to be back-to-back hiking for 2 weeks so I don’t want the group to have to wait for me (they won’t) while I wait for my watch to turn back on

            @Mardee-Saxton The other alternative is to use Ultra mode, you probably won’t need to charge and routes will work but no map.

              @Tami999 I know that. I think however that it would be good to see the level of charge when charging. Now you have to move the watch slightly to see it. And when you do that, sometimes it disconnects from the charger.

                        I had this on the last FW, it only happened once and I have had no repeat.

                          @freeheeler I think you need the logs after the watch turn off when charged at 100% ?

                            exactly. best if you send them immediately, but also worth to try within a day later

                                @freeheeler Thanks for taking in account the problem. I charged my SV after updating with the new version but it didn’t turn off for a reset. Maybe the next time ?!??

                                    @freeheeler I hope so and I let you know if it is not the case. With the previous firmware, my SV didn’t turn off at every charge.

                                      Same problem. I thought it was when the battery gets to 100% but this time the watch turns off at 87%. This may be the case when I leave the watch in charge for more than an hour without touching the screen…

                                        Will this bug affect map updates? So if there is a map update, because the device shut off while charging you never get the update?

                                          possible, but these events don’t happen often… crashes are not frequent and neither are map updates.
