Correct! that is my config: 24/7 OHR Off. The OHR automatically turns on when I start an activity.

DID A DOWNGRADE to older Firmware now. Hope it works like before

Just to add my 2 cents, since my 9 Peak Pro (v2.39.20) also appears the same behaviour. Need to reset every 2-3 days for having sensors working.
I realised that this started to happen first days of December (if that is of any help)

The watch started to switch to the mode (image: battery needs to be charged) without notification. The last error showed the charge value of about 90%, before that it happened a couple more times similarly with the charge value of about 45%, but it happened right during a run, which surprised me greatly, because I remembered that the battery charge was still sufficient. I completely discharged and charged the watch and performed a full reset to factory settings. Today I tried to reinstall the latest update and once again performed a full reset to factory settings. But why this happens remains an unpleasant mystery to me. Thanks in advance for any help!

Bonjour a tous,
J’utilise une Suunto 5 peak depuis 1 an, que j’ai connecté à mon capteur de FC (Polar H9).
D’habitude tout va bien, à la fin d’une activité la montre charge 20 sec le temps de tout synchroniser et mon activité se télécharge sur mon application…
Or depuis ce matin, en revenant d’une sortie vélo, ma montre reste bloqué sur l’écran “synchro données FC” avec le petit chargement… Cela fait 3h que rien n’a bougé…

Je ne peux pas quitter cette synchro, j’ai essayé de déconnecter et reconnecter ma montre, d’enlever et remettre la pile de mon capteur de FC mais rien…
Le seul moment où je n’ai plus cet écran c’est quand je reçois une notif qui s’affiche donc sur ma montre.
Quelqu’un a t’il déjà eu ça, et/ou sait comment arrêter ça ?

Hi. I have had my 5 for about 3 years, byt now the HR monitor isn’t working correctly anymore. Most of the time it just wont read any HR other times it does but is way off. I have done the hard reset. Any other suggestions?

And may i ask what the feedback was from suunto?

@Turtle-one I believe the watch will retain current apps but no new apps or apps online areavailable. Someone else can correct me if wrong.
