Has anyone noticed any issues with their paired devices not connecting when multiple are selected for a given activity? I have a Stryd and Garmin HRM Pro+ chest strap both successfully paired to the watch, however despite that, when I start an activity - standard or custom type for running - neither of the devices will connect. One of them might for a short second, but then disconnect again. This only seems to be an issue when multiple devices are selected, if I disable one of them, the active one then connects fine. Never noticed this as an issue before. I’ve attempted to remove the devices and re connect them before attempting the start an activity again, but the same issue happens everytime! Any ideas / suggestions?

I’ve returned the Race… I would like to have an AMOLED but I follow a lot of routes and I do not want to suffer this abnormal behaviour. I will continue enjoying my Vertical.

@Kriss I’ve been using Suunto Run since launch and never faced any reboots, I’d say try a factory reset and if that doesn’t do it, you might be better contacting service.

The manual is not correct, to display time and battery you have to press the middle button instead the upper one.

Hi everyone, I’m experiencing a persistent issue with my Suunto 7 and I’m hoping someone here might have some insight or a solution. My activities are syncing to both the Suunto app and Strava, and they show all the correct metrics like distance, pace, and time. However, there is absolutely no map or route displayed for any of my activities, whether in the Suunto app or Strava. It looks exactly like the attached screenshot for example activities. This applies to all outdoor activities. Watch: Suunto 7 (running latest firmware). Phone: Xiaomi Poco X5 Pro. Suunto App: Latest version installed. Troubleshooting Steps I’ve Already Taken: Watch Reset: I have performed a full factory reset on my Suunto 7. Checking Sunnto App permissions on my phone to be granted. Outdoor Activities: These are outdoor activities (e.g., runs, walks) selected with appropriate outdoor sport modes, not indoor activities. Reinstalled Suunto App: I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Suunto app on my Poco X5 Pro. What I’ve observed: Pace and distance seem to be calculated, suggesting some form of movement detection is working. The absence of a map is the only missing component. Has anyone else encountered this issue, or are there any further diagnostic steps I could take? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hello, today we noticed this issue on my wifes 5 Peak. Unfortunatelly it has already 2.5 year so it is not under warranty anymore. And she is light user, and not wearing it while washing dishes, showering, sleeping etc. Only around 9hours a day during working days only and then while cycling/hiking but thats few times a month. Hi all! My Android mobile phone can connect and be paired with my Suunto 5, but it keeps on pairing once both devices are connected. Obviously, no performance data is automatically synced. The app and softwares are updated. What might be the problem? Thanks!

Interesting take! A lightweight Suunto with Stryd support would be a game-changer for runners. I doubt they’ll add it, but if they did, I’d consider it too. The T6c was legendary—2000 miles is impressive!
